What the Score Means

The overall score is the percentage of scored metrics rated at or above the tool's reference ranges, with lower values favored for measures such as costs and response times.
Some questions can display community ranges when at least 20 submitted values are available for that metric. Otherwise, they use preset reference ranges. Submitted values are not a verified national sample, and the results are a planning aid, not a percentile ranking or prediction of success.
